Snow

A variant of Common Garter Snake (Thamnophis sirtalis)

Snow

Representative Common Garter Snakephoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.

The double-recessive combo of albino + anerythristic, yielding a near-white snake with pale eyes. Requires stacking two recessive genes, making it scarce and costly.

Keeper tips for this variant

Snows result from albino x anery lines and the very pale eyes are light-sensitive, so keep lighting dim and indirect; the inbreeding needed to fix two recessives means you should outcross periodically to maintain vigor and feeding response.
