White

A variant of Malay (Gallus gallus domesticus)

White

A white self Malay; the sparse, hard 'short' plumage of the breed gives an austere look quite unlike a fluffy white fowl.

Keeper tips for this variant

Keep out of strong sun to avoid brassiness, and note Malays are naturally sparse-feathered — provide draft-free shelter, as they tolerate cold far worse than soft-feathered breeds.
