White-Crested Black
A variant of Polish (Gallus gallus domesticus)

Representative Polishphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
The iconic look: glossy black body with a contrasting puffball white crest (a few black feathers at the front base are normal). One of the oldest and most recognizable Polish color varieties.
Keeper tips for this variant
The huge crest blocks vision and mats easily — keep bedding dry and use defined feeders/waterers so the bird isn't ambushed by flockmates or predators it can't see.
