Representative Acanthophyllia (Meat Coral)photo — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
A large (~5.5 inch) show-grade rainbow meat coral with sunburst orange/red flesh radiating into a bright center, named individually by World Wide Corals as a one-off centerpiece.
📜 Backstory
A specific WYSIWYG single colony named and sold by World Wide Corals (worldwidecorals.com lists 'Eternal Sun Acanthophyllia,' a ~5.5" piece). WWC assigns creative one-off names to individual show Acanthophyllia colonies (it has also listed pieces such as 'Eternal Sunset' and 'Eternal Flame'). These are NOT propagated lineages — each is a unique wild-collected piece given a marketing name by WWC, so the name attaches to one colony rather than a frag line.
Keeper tips for this variant
Sandbed centerpiece placement with its own clear footprint and gentle (low-to-medium alternating) flow; a piece this large needs room for full tissue inflation without contacting neighbors. Weekly target feeding once tentacles are out.
