📜 Backstory
Listed by Corals Anonymous as 'Dendrophyllia Branching Red Sun Coral (15+ Polyps)' and seen as red Dendrophyllia fistula from importers/retailers. It is a wild-collected color form of branching Dendrophyllia rather than a named cultivar; lineage is wild stock and the name is a color descriptor.
Keeper tips for this variant
Keep light dim and flow moderate, and feed heavily — branching reds can be large colonies, so plan to target-feed each polyp meaty foods on a regular schedule rather than relying on broadcast feeding. As with all non-photosynthetic suns, under-fed heads decline fast.
