Wild-type (normal)

A variant of Red-eared slider (Trachemys scripta elegans)

Wild-type (normal)

Representative Red-eared sliderphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.

The familiar olive-green turtle with yellow striping and the signature red post-orbital stripe. Hardy and long-lived but care-intensive due to size and water needs.

Keeper tips for this variant

These reach 25-30cm and live 20-40 years; budget for a very large tank/pond with heavy filtration and a UVB-lit basking dock from day one, not a tiny "starter" kit.
