A small, very upright Japanese bantam Shamo type from the Nankin line, prized for an extreme erect carriage and tight hard feathering. Uncommon outside dedicated Japanese-bantam circles.

Keeper tips for this variant

Source from a knowledgeable breeder to get correct type, and as with all Shamo bantams keep males apart and provide warm, dry quarters for the sparse feathering.
