Account succession & legal access

If a KinStation account holder has passed away, is incapacitated, or you are acting under a court order, you can request memorialization, a data export to the estate, deletion, or legal production here.

How we keep this safe

Every request is manually reviewed and requires certified proof of authority (death certificate, letters testamentary, guardianship order, or court order) plus your government ID.
There is a 14-day cooling-off period, and high-authority requests get legal-counsel review and a two-person sign-off before any action.
If the account exists, we notify its own contact email first, so an impersonation attempt can be stopped.
We will never reveal a password or hand over login access. Outcomes are limited to memorialize, data export to the estate, deletion, or legal hold/production.
Knowingly false requests may be reported to law enforcement.
