📜 Backstory
Widely sold across the hobby as 'Purple Tip Frogspawn (Euphyllia divisa).' Doc Aquarium notes an 'OG' purple-tip line growing in their system since the early 2000s, and Whitlyn Aquatics sells an 'OG Purple Tips Frogspawn' as well. The form is wild-collected from Indo-Pacific colonies and now broadly aquacultured; no single named origin.
Keeper tips for this variant
Low-to-mid placement under moderate light and gentle indirect flow; blue-heavy light intensifies the purple-tip contrast. A forgiving beginner LPS.
