📜 Backstory
The baseline species for this slug, wild-collected from the Indo-Pacific and sold by Tidal Gardens, Mantis Reefs and many others, and listed on eBay as 'Sun Paly / Cinnamon Polyp.' Often the entry point before hobbyists chase the named designer grandis morphs.
Keeper tips for this variant
Extremely adaptable to current and light; mount on rock and it will steadily add new polyps under basic reef conditions. Note that grandis is among the most palytoxin-heavy palys, so handle with gloves and eye protection.
