A bright yellowish-green, short-branched strain with very fine green polyps on dense growth. Often called a perfect beginner SPS for its hardiness and speed.
📜 Backstory
An Oceans, Reefs & Aquariums (ORA) aquacultured line, sold via orafarm.com and distributors like AlgaeBarn and Bulk Reef Supply. ORA propagates it from captive broodstock and markets it explicitly as a beginner SPS with the ability to reproduce by polyp bailout. One of the longest-standing named Pocillopora strains in the US hobby.
Keeper tips for this variant
Tolerates a wide range of placement and lighting as long as it gets moderate light and moderate flow; expect rapid growth and possible polyp bailout seeding new colonies.
