Representative Rhodactis Mushroomphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
A powdery blue-and-teal base with puffy, sand-colored bubbles. Notable because it is a Discosoma-type bounce rather than the typical Rhodactis, making it stand out among bounces.
📜 Backstory
A named bounce sold by Queen City Corals and other shops, which note it is a Discosoma rather than the usual Rhodactis. It is one of the few blue-pastel bounces and is sought for that color. Origin is wild-collected bounce stock traded under the 'Neptune' name; its genus is noted as Discosoma within the bounce category.
Keeper tips for this variant
Low light and low-to-moderate flow keep the pastel blue base from bleaching; place on the sandbed or a low rock.
