📜 Backstory
A standard wild-collected color form of Rhodactis inchoata (the bullseye / Tonga blue mushroom) sold by mainstream suppliers such as LiveAquaria. Prized bounce mushrooms are understood to start out as ordinary colored Rhodactis like these. It is the affordable, beginner-friendly entry point to the species.
Keeper tips for this variant
Low-to-moderate light and low flow on the sandbed or a low rock; under blue-heavy light it can develop enlarged pseudotentacles.
