Tubbs Blue
A variant of Zoanthids (Zoanthus sp.)

Representative Zoanthidsphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
A classic blue morph (often associated with Zoanthus danae) with an intense blue-to-blue-violet oral disc encircled by dark reddish-brown tentacles. Prized as one of the more genuinely blue zoas, with color that pops under actinic light.
📜 Backstory
Sold by World Wide Corals, The Reef Farm (listed as Zoanthus danae), Oceans Garden, Exotic Frags and Vivid Aquariums. A long-standing named blue morph in the trade often noted as less beginner-proof than common zoas; original lineage is debated.
Keeper tips for this variant
Blue coloration holds best under moderate PAR with good blue/actinic spectrum; place mid rockwork with moderate flow. Can be a touchy grower, so keep parameters stable rather than chasing high light.
