ORA Duncan
A variant of Duncan coral (Duncanopsammia axifuga)

Representative Duncan coralphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
An aquacultured Duncan with **intense green** coloration that glows under actinics, notable for a **compact, tightly clustered branching form** rather than the long, spread-out branches of typical wild imports.
📜 Backstory
A long-running aquacultured strain from **ORA (Oceans, Reefs & Aquariums)**. Per ORA, the line traces back to a fragment of the colony pictured on the cover of Julian Sprung's *The Reef Aquarium, Volume 1*, making it one of the most documented Duncan lineages in the hobby.
Keeper tips for this variant
Give it low-to-moderate light and moderate flow; the compact growth handles a range of conditions. Though photosynthetic, it benefits from occasional target feedings of meaty foods such as mysis or enriched brine.
