Red Sea Pulsing Xenia
A variant of Pulsing xenia (Xenia sp.)

Representative Pulsing xeniaphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
The classic pulsing xenia of the hobby, with cream-to-tan feathery polyps on tall stalks that rhythmically open and close like tiny grasping hands. Colors run from off-white and silver to lavender-cream depending on lighting.
📜 Backstory
The original Red Sea strain is wild-collected from the Red Sea/Indo-Pacific and is the benchmark pulsing xenia sold by nearly every vendor, including Tidal Gardens and TIA Corals. Most stock in the trade today is aquacultured down from these wild colonies. It is the coral most people picture when they say 'pulsing xenia.'
Keeper tips for this variant
Place on its own isolated rock or frag plug with moderate flow and medium light (~100-150 PAR); it spreads aggressively, so keep it off your main aquascape.
