Chicago Sunburst BTA
A variant of Rock flower anemone (Phymanthus crucifer)

Representative Rock flower anemonephoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
A bubble-tip anemone (*Entacmaea quadricolor*) blending rich orange, fiery red and golden highlights — a sibling/competitor strain to the Colorado Sunburst. Some lines show distinct red, yellow and orange color phases.
📜 Backstory
Popularized and aquacultured by Eye Catching Coral (ECC) and widely resold by Bulk Reef Supply, Corals.com, Top Shelf Aquatics and Kush Corals. It is one of the most recognizable named BTAs in the hobby. A bubble-tip strain rather than a true rock flower; included as part of the broader named-anemone trade.
Keeper tips for this variant
Provide moderate-to-strong reef light (roughly 150–350 PAR) and let it choose a rock crevice; feed silversides or chopped seafood occasionally to keep the warm colors saturated.
