Ultra Red Rock Flower
A variant of Rock flower anemone (Phymanthus crucifer)

Representative Rock flower anemonephoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
A solid deep-red to crimson rock flower anemone with a contrasting oral disc, one of the most familiar color forms of *Phymanthus crucifer*. The short, knobby tentacles give it the classic "flower" look.
📜 Backstory
A staple color grade offered by The Coral Farm, LiveAquaria, SaltCritters, Oceans Garden Aquaculture and most Florida/Caribbean wild-collection suppliers. "Ultra Red" is a grading term for the most saturated red wild specimens, not a propagated line. The species ranges across the western Atlantic (North Carolina to Brazil), so all stock is wild-origin.
Keeper tips for this variant
Seat it in a shallow sand depression or low rock crevice under modest lighting; feed small meaty pieces (mysis, chopped seafood) a couple times a week to keep the color rich.
