Master Favia (Master Fav)
A variant of Favia coral (Favia sp.)

Representative Favia coralphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
A wild-collected Australian *Favia*/*Favites* showing a dense mix of contrasting fluorescent colors — typically a green, orange, red and purple mottled face with vivid corallite rings. The 'Master' label denotes a top-grade, ultra-colorful piece.
📜 Backstory
'Master' is a grading term used in the trade for unusually busy, multi-color wild Favia/Favites faces rather than a single mother colony — its precise origin is debated and it is best understood as a quality tier assigned at import by various collectors and vendors, not a branded lineage. Because each is a wild one-off and the color mix is unpredictable, true Master-grade Favias command high prices and are usually sold as small fragged buttons.
Keeper tips for this variant
Place low-to-mid in the rockwork under moderate light (PAR ~60-120) with low-to-moderate, indirect flow; too much PAR washes out the reds and oranges.
