Blood Red Mini Carpet
A variant of Mini Maxi Anemone (Stichodactyla tapetum)

Representative Mini Maxi Anemonephoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
An uncommon deep blood-red colormorph of the mini/maxi carpet, with a saturated red disc and tentacles — one of the harder solid colors to find in the trade. Reds tend to deepen under blue light.
📜 Backstory
'Blood Red' (sometimes 'Bali Blood Red') mini carpet pieces are offered by vendors such as Aquarium Reefers and Corals Anonymous, and turn up regularly in hobbyist for-sale listings on Reef2Reef and Reef Central. It is a color descriptor for wild-collected *S. tapetum*; no designer lineage exists and the origin of individual pieces is debated/anonymous wild stock, which is part of why deep reds are scarce and command higher prices.
Keeper tips for this variant
Place on sand in low-to-moderate flow and avoid bleaching the red with overly intense white light. Keep well isolated from corals; the sting is potent relative to its small footprint, so wear gloves.
