Representative Psammocora (sandpaper coral)photo — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
A dark *Psammocora* with a **rich deep purple/blue base and vibrant neon green polyps**, giving a starfield-like contrast that inspired the name.
📜 Backstory
Sold by World Wide Corals (WWC) as 'Deep Space' Psammocora and also distributed through Bulk Reef Supply; the WWC and BRS listings confirm the name, deep purple base, and neon green polyps. A wild-origin color morph grown out at the WWC farm; precise lineage is origin debated.
Keeper tips for this variant
Medium light (about 150-250 PAR) and medium flow suit it; like most Psammocora it encrusts first then branches, so seat the frag where it has room to spread. A forgiving, fast-growing SPS.
