Rainbow Ricordea (Rainbow Yuma/Florida)
A variant of Ricordea mushroom (Ricordea florida)

Representative Ricordea mushroomphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
A ricordea showing several contrasting colors on one polyp — for example a blue disc with orange vesicles and a green or pink mouth. The multi-color single polyp is the holy grail of the genus.
📜 Backstory
Genuine multi-color rainbow ricordea are hand-selected wild imports — the multicolor pattern is not reliably reproduced by aquaculture, so each is essentially unique. The 'Rainbow' name is a high-end trade grade rather than a propagated cultivar, and pricing ranges widely from modest to several hundred dollars depending on how many strong colors a polyp carries.
Keeper tips for this variant
Low, stable light to preserve the contrasting pigments, gentle flow, and a secure spot in a low-traffic frag rack; feed small meaty foods to encourage it to bud new heads.
