Rainbow Ricordea Yuma Bounce
A variant of Ricordea mushroom (Ricordea florida)

Representative Ricordea mushroomphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
A high-end collector grade: a rainbow-colored Ricordea yuma whose vesicles are unusually inflated and rounded, lending a 'bounce'-like bubbled texture prized in the genus.
📜 Backstory
A collector grade sold WYSIWYG by vendors such as Queen City Corals as 'Rainbow Ricordea Yuma Bounce,' alongside many individually named bounce-yuma pieces. Unlike Rhodactis/Discosoma 'bounce' mushrooms (a different genus), these are Ricordea yuma selected for both rainbow color and exceptionally inflated bubble-like vesicles. Lineage is wild-derived and the 'bounce' label here is a descriptive trade term; the origin of any given piece is generally debated rather than tied to one named line.
Keeper tips for this variant
Give it stable, medium-to-high light and low-to-medium flow so the inflated vesicles stay puffed; sudden parameter swings can cause the bubbles to deflate. As a yuma it is more sensitive than Florida rics.
