White Center Green Star Polyps
A variant of Green star polyps (Pachyclavularia violacea)

Representative Green star polypsphoto — a dedicated image of this exact morph isn't available yet.
Green star polyps whose polyp centers carry a contrasting bright white 'flower' eye, giving each eight-tentacled polyp a little daisy-like look against the green tentacles. A widely-grown center-color variation of standard GSP.
📜 Backstory
Sold as 'White Center Green Star Polyps Coral' by World Wide Corals (worldwidecorals.com) and described similarly by UK and other vendors as a Pachyclavularia/Briareum-type star polyp with a white middle flower. It is one of the most common aquacultured GSP variations in the trade and is a naturally occurring center color rather than a named designer line; origin is generic to the hobby.
Keeper tips for this variant
Place it low-to-mid on its own rock under moderate light and moderate-to-high flow; the white center holds best when the mat is kept clean of detritus and water parameters are stable. Like all GSP it will encrust over neighbors, so give it an island.
